Promotion Rules

1. Eligibility

• The sponsoring profile must be verified against an eligible canonical AmericaDesi business, temple, organization or event-organizer record.
• The sponsored post must already be published, accurate, lawful and eligible under the Community Guidelines.
• Chicago remains unavailable until AmericaDesi explicitly enables Desi Scene there.
• Verification cannot be purchased and may be revoked when entity ownership or eligibility changes.

2. Required honesty

• Clearly identify prices, dates, locations, availability, material restrictions and the actual sponsoring entity.
• Do not use fabricated testimonials, fake urgency, hidden fees, deceptive before/after claims or false affiliation with AmericaDesi.
• Do not imply that sponsored placement is an AmericaDesi endorsement.
• Disclose material relationships, paid endorsements and contest or giveaway conditions.

3. Prohibited promotions

Sponsored placement is not available for unlawful goods or services; weapons; recreational drugs; nicotine; gambling; adult sexual services; counterfeit goods; extremist or terrorist merchandise; spyware; dangerous chemicals; deceptive financial schemes; discriminatory housing or employment; or content that otherwise violates AmericaDesi policy.

4. Billing and campaign controls

• Plans, prices, duration and target market are server-controlled and displayed before checkout.
• A campaign becomes eligible only after a signed payment event is reconciled to the correct AmericaDesi order, or after a documented administrator waiver.
• Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, expired schedules, lost verification or removed posts pause or end sponsored presentation.
• Impression and engagement figures are operational measurements, not guarantees. Invalid, internal or automated traffic may be excluded.

5. Distribution

Sponsored posts are labeled and subject to density limits. AmericaDesi may limit frequency, market scope, audience, position, assets or duration to protect user experience and system integrity. Organic ranking and moderation are not sold.

6. Review, rejection and refunds

AmericaDesi may reject, pause, edit eligibility metadata or remove a campaign that violates these rules or loses required evidence. Payment and refund decisions follow the checkout terms, applicable law and the payment provider’s event records. An approved payment does not require AmericaDesi to publish unsafe or ineligible content.

7. Records and audit

Campaign creation, payment reconciliation, waivers, state changes, refunds and disputes are recorded through auditable server transactions. Administrators cannot directly mark a campaign paid.
